Just yesterday, we posted about fruits on ice creams. Today I was tempted to post about fruits on cake with what I have found from flickr. This:

Ice Cream for Halloween

Naive as I am, always, I do want to try Pumpkin Ice Cream. I have read from various reviews and comments, that a successful pumpkin ice cream should have the taste of pumpkin, as the main ingredient. Or rather the puree or the mixture of pumpkin must taste like pumpkin because the ice cream will not taste good either.

I've also learned that this ice cream is best to pair with gingerbread. Hmmm... sounds nice. I sound so naive too.

Halloween Cakes and Cupcakes

We are now in the month of October. I do not live in the Western, so I am quite surprised that our Tumblr followers are excited for Halloween and we have received messages asking for any Halloween photos of cakes, cupcakes and ice creams too.

Here are our top picks for this coming Halloween.

This is quite simple. But, I should not say much because I do not know how to create something like this.

These cupcakes made me laugh. Smiling.. :)

 When I was young, most of the cakes I can see are in white or chocolate frosting only. Later, my eyes could not believe there are blue, yellow, red and orange as like this. Here from us, we do not really celebrate Halloween this sumptuous. As long as the day is peaceful, it is enough.

This is one of my favorites. Simple yet cute, especially the mallows on top of it.

Apple Products Inspired Cakes

Bad news today sweet cravers. Apple's big boss, Steve Jobs passed away. He suffered from cancer for few years already and today, his life just ended. He must not be forgotten for he was a great inventor and tech enthusiast. Remember the Apple Macintosh? Thanks to him for the technology we are enjoying today.

Now as I was browsing with other cakes and ice creams blog, I found an interesting post. Something relevant to Steve Jobs, cupcakes that were designed just like the Apple products, iPhone and iPad. If you'd like to see, visit Cupcakes take the Cake.

Have you ever seen something like this before? I believe not yet, unless you are used to baking cakes and cupcakes. I have seen unusual cupcakes but this one is heaven. Today is World Teachers Day and have you already think of anything to give as a gift for your teachers? Nowadays, stuffs are increasing in prices and it can be costly to buy a special gift for all of them. Here in cakes and ice creams, we can help you in looking for an idea. Try out this creatively designed cupcakes. They call this rose cupcakes in tumblr, so I will be calling it the same thing.

This is really unusual. Here in our place, sundaes are usually served in cone and are only about  2 to 3 layers tall. This one is superb. Looks like unbelievable for me, but hey, it is real.

Blue Ice Cream, Are they Real?

This is so rare. I haven't seen a blue colored ice cream yet. This is a product of Magnolia. Most of the blue ice creams are bublegum flavored, while this one from Magnolia. I can't find any other photo from Magnolia with blue colored ice cream. The results I get online is from Blue Moon. If you have tried this ice cream before, please share with us your review.
